The Role This is primarily a front desk, client-facing role, including: Welcoming clients and creating a positive, supportive first impression Managing phones, scheduling, and appointment flow in a busy environment Handling client questions, payments, and coordination of care Supporting overall clinic organization and communication Occasional assistance to the veterinary team as needed Who You Are Experience in a veterinary clinic or fast-paced customer service role is required Friendly, professional, and compassionate with clients and patients Strong communication and multitasking skills Highly organized and able to stay calm under pressure A team player who takes initiative and keeps things moving What Great Reception Looks Like Here You stay calm and kind, even when things get busy or stressful You can manage multiple priorities at once without losing attention to detail You take ownership — you don’t wait to be told what to do You communicate clearly and confidently with both clients and your team You help create a positive, supportive environment at the front desk You are reliable and consistent — your team knows they can count on you What We Offer We believe in taking care of our team the same way we care for our patients: Supportive team culture - We love to do activities together!
