Responsibilities * Accurate input of client engagement details into MNP’s database based on information provided by team members * Updating current clients’ annual assessment data with corresponding workflow assignments in MNP’s database * Process client source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies * Resolve deficiencies by using prescribed procedures and/or returning incomplete documents to the team leader for resolution * Verify data input into MNP’s client database by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or re-entering data * Ensure appropriate turnaround time on all requested data entry * Monitor and update MNP’s database as required * Retrieve data from Municipal property assessment websites for team members upon request * Uphold electronic filing systems Skills and Experience * Post-secondary education in administration is considered an asset * At least 2 years of data entry experience in a professional working environment * Sharp eye for detail to ensure data is entered accurately * Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage large volumes of information while performing multiple tasks simultaneously * The ability to work with minimal supervision within a team environment * Takes initiative and has a strong interest to learn * Exceptional verbal and written communication skills MyRewards@MNP With a focus on high-potential earnings, MNP is proud to offer customized rewards that support our unique culture and a balanced lifestyle to thrive at work and outside of the office.
