Responsibilities Assist the Administrative team in performing their day-to-day tasks while ensuring deadlines and timelines are met. These tasks may include, but are not limited to: Coordinating and scheduling internal and external meetings, appointments, and events; Supporting Partners in managing and coordinating their calendars; Assisting in the preparation of presentations, reports, correspondence, and various documents while adhering to established quality standards; Coordinating travel arrangements and reservations; Preparing expense reports. Support Administrative Assistants in monitoring project timelines and updating administrative information related to client engagements. Provide administrative support for billing processes, work-in-progress tracking, and accounts receivable follow-up. Contribute to the logistical coordination of client engagements with clients, team members, and other stakeholders. Maintain up-to-date records, databases, administrative systems, and reference documents. Develop a strong understanding of MNP’s services, businesses, and industry through experiential learning and client interactions. Skills And Experience Diploma in Office Administration, Vocational Secretarial Studies, or a related administrative field. Experience in a professional services firm is considered an asset. Strong client service orientation with the ability to interact effectively with both internal and external clients. Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Knowledge of artificial intelligence tools is considered an asset. Bilingualism in French and English, both written and spoken, due to frequent collaboration with English-speaking teams and clients across Canada. Ability to work under tight deadlines and effectively manage competing priorities. Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to build positive relationships and work collaboratively within a team environment. Demonstrated discretion, sound judgment, and initiative.
