Store Team Members are responsible for ensuring the store is always ready with available products by maintaining stocked shelves and product displays that meet company standards. They must also provide great customer service through delightful conversation and product knowledge while ensuring accurate scanning and assisting with inventory ordering. The ideal candidate is a team player with attention to detail, driven to work independently in a fast-paced environment, and resourceful when resolving customer questions. No previous experience is required as training will be provided, but flexibility to work various hours including days, evenings, and weekends is necessary, along with the physical ability to move up to 50lbs.
