Job summary
Responsibility * Greet visitors warmly, identify the purpose of their visit, provide relevant information, and connect them with appropriate person or department. * Answer incoming telephone calls, determine the purpose of the call and forward to the appropriate person/department. * Answer questions regarding the organization, and provide callers with address information, directions and other information. * Retrieve and forward messages left on company voicemail. * Sort and deliver all incoming mail and courier packages; process all outgoing mail and courier packages. * Monitor and update Drawbridge software as needed, including entering WSIB e-clearance certifications and updating contractor information. * Maintain and update phone list. * Perform administrative support as required. Academic/Educational Requirements * High school diploma or equivalent. * Minimum of one year of experience in a previous administrative or customer service role. Required Skills/Experience * Demonstrate the ability to convey information effectively to visitors and employees. * Strong customer service skills. * Strong organizational skills to manage phone lines, interactions with visitors and employee requests. * Proficient in computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
