*Job Summary* We are seeking a detail-oriented and friendly Medical Office Assistant to join our healthcare team. This role offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced medical environment, supporting both patients and healthcare providers with professionalism and efficiency. *Duties* * Greet patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner at the front desk * Manage multi-line phone systems to schedule appointments, answer inquiries, and relay messages * Maintain and update electronic medical records using Accuro * Prepare and organize patient charts, forms, and documentation. * Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and managing office supplies * Coordinate appointment scheduling and follow-up appointments for providers * Ensure compliance with healthcare privacy regulations and office policies *Experience* * Prior experience working in medical office setting is highly preferred * Familiarity with Accuro * Strong understanding of medical terminology and electronic medical records management is highly preferred * Proven experience in office administration, front desk operations, or as a dental receptionist * Experience handling multi-line phone systems and managing busy front desk environments is desirable * Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in record keeping and data entry * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare setting while maintaining professionalism This position requires a proactive individual who is comfortable multitasking, has excellent communication skills, and demonstrates a strong commitment to patient care.
