Watch the video below to see what it’s like working for Ledcor and apply today to join the Ledcor Equipment team in Leduc! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mdhNKGIZL4c Key Responsibilities Purchase Order Processing – Enter accurate data into Coupa to generate purchase orders in alignment with company policies and timelines Data Integrity & Issue Resolution – Identify and report data discrepancies, collaborating with the Asset Supervisor to ensure corrections are completed promptly Record Management – Maintain organized, compliant records of purchase orders and supporting documentation Order Updates & Amendments – Adjust purchase orders to reflect changes in delivery schedules, quantities, or vendor information, ensuring all updates are accurately captured in JDE Administrative & Team Support – Provide general administrative assistance to the Asset Supervisor and procurement team, supporting communication and workflow efficiency Documentation & Compliance – Ensure procurement files, documents, and reference materials are current, properly stored, and easily accessible Qualifications 2+ years of experience in data entry, procurement, or a related administrative role Experience with ERP systems; JDE , Coupa experience is an asset Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Prior exposure to purchase order processes is an asset Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills Ability to manage tight deadlines and adapt to shifting priorities Commitment to accuracy, continuous improvement, and customer service excellence Work Conditions Hybrid based in Leduc (1 day in office) Work Schedule: Monday to Friday Additional Information The Ledcor Group of Companies is one of North America’s most diversified construction companies.
