Kelly’s customer, an established full-service law firm in Mississauga is looking for an Administrative Assitant with a valid Driver’s License to perform Administrative tasks Bank runs to various financial institutions. RESPONSIBIITIES: Using company vehicle to perform Bank runs to various financial institutions. Complete New Business Assignments for various financial institutions. Completion of Demand Letters for various clients and Invoices. Request and Upload Statements of accounts for various client portfolios. Complete Asset Searches. Check Recoveries Email & Recoveries Voicemail. Action Creditor Packages and Bankruptcies. Oversight over client systems and messages. Handling of administrative duties related to skip tracing. Completion of the closure process for various Portfolios. Completion of process related to Deceased debtors for various portfolios. Preparation of Release Letters. Completion of Automated and Manual Credit Bureaus. Completion of Pins and Transfers. Completion of various reports. Reception Coverage when needed. All other duties assigned from time to time. REQUIREMENTS: Valid Driver’s License with good driving record. Excellent organizational and time management skills. High School Diploma Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills Protection of confidentiality pertaining to all matters. Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Able to represent the company in a professional manner. Proficient in MS Office. PERKS: Work in a corporate environment - Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm. $43,000 - $45,000 annual salary with benefits after 3-month probationary period.
