Responsibilities: • Respond to customer requests and provide personalized advice on our various cleaning chemicals, housekeeping accessories, motorized equipment (vacuum cleaners, auto-scrubbers, etc.) and consumables (hand paper, toilet paper, garbage bags, etc.); • Operate the cash register and record transactions; • Receive, check and place merchandise according to planograms; • Participate in store maintenance and cleaning; • Contribute to compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. Qualifications: • Bilingual (French and English). The employee must be able to communicate with head office, external vendors, suppliers, etc. • Knowledge of or interest in various products, services and procedures related to housekeeping and building management; • Customer service and sales skills; • Good physical condition; • Ability to work in a team; • Willingness to learn; • Basic computer skills; Working/Other Conditions: • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
