The expected salary range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000, depending on level of experience, region/location, and other factors. What you’ll do

Assist lawyers with commercial real estate transactions by conducting title searches and performing due diligence. Manage portfolio transactions, draft key closing documentation, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure excellent client service.

Requirements

Requires a Law Clerk Diploma or Certificate and preferably over 7 years of experience in commercial real estate law. Proficiency in Registry, Land Titles, and Polaris systems is essential, along with strong organizational and communication skills.
