LMG Finance is growing, and we’re looking for a Finance Office Assistant to join our team and help keep the day-to-day flow of our finance office running smoothly. LMG Finance is a Canadian-owned and operated finance and insurance outsource company specializing in arranging retail financing and leasing solutions for Canadian powersports, RV, marine and trailer dealerships. We work with dealerships and lenders across Canada to help make the financing process easier, more efficient and more professional for everyone involved. What you’ll be doing As a Finance Office Assistant, you’ll play an important role in supporting our Finance Managers, dealer partners and customers throughout the financing process. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Deal Coordination — Receive and distribute incoming finance applications and deals to the appropriate Finance Manager. Customer & Dealer Support — Communicate with customers and dealership partners by phone and email, providing friendly and professional assistance throughout the process. Administrative Support — Provide day-to-day administrative support to Finance Managers and the broader team. Data Entry & Documentation — Enter and maintain accurate information in internal systems and ensure documentation is organized and complete. Deal Follow-Up — Help track outstanding information and follow up with dealerships, customers and internal team members when required. Communication — Respond to incoming calls, emails and requests and ensure questions are directed to the appropriate team member. Document Management — Assist with organizing, reviewing and processing finance-related documentation. Problem Solving — Identify issues or missing information and work with the appropriate people to get things moving again. Team Support — Pitch in wherever needed to help the team meet deadlines and provide an exceptional experience to our dealers and customers. Continuous Improvement — Look for opportunities to make administrative processes more efficient, accurate and user-friendly. What makes someone successful in this role? We’re looking for someone who is reliable, organized and genuinely enjoys helping people. You may be a great fit if you are: A strong communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Warm, friendly and professional when dealing with customers, dealers and colleagues. Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities at once. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy. Able to remain calm, focused and professional in a fast-paced environment. A problem solver who can recognize when something doesn't look right and knows when to ask questions. Comfortable working with computers and learning new software and systems. A team player who enjoys contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment. Comfortable handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Interested in learning about automotive/recreational financing and the F&I industry. A few things that would be an asset: Previous experience in an administrative, customer service, financial services or dealership environment. Basic understanding of credit bureaus or consumer credit. Experience working with CRM, finance, document management or other business software. Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills. Administrative assistant or office administration education. We don't expect you to know everything on day one. We’ll provide training on our systems, processes and the financing industry.
