A positive attitude and a strong commitment to professional excellence are essential for success in this role Responsibilities & Duties Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Welcome and greet patients and parents/guardians upon arrival, ensuring a warm and professional first impression Schedule and book patient appointments, managing the schedule efficiently Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a timely and professional manner Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming recpetion area Manage insurance administration including direct billing and liaising with insurance companies Collect payments and close a balanced day Additional duties may be assigned as required Skills & Experience We are looking for a professional who demonstrates the following clinical and interpersonal skills: Proficient in English, both written and verbal Computer proficient; able to learn new software quickly.
