Job Overview: Reporting to the Agro Manager you will be responsible to: * Demonstrate Four Rivers Co-operative’s values of Responsibility, Integrity,Service, and Excellence in everything you do * Maintain Four Rivers Co-op’s high standards for customer service * Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently while accepting a variety of payment methods * Work collaboratively with team members to provide friendly and efficient service to our customers * Stock shelves, maintain product displays, and merchandise products as required * Perform general housekeeping duties to maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment What You Bring: * Strong computer skills, with experience using Point-of-Sale systems * Knowledge of agricultural and livestock products would be considered an asset * Adaptable, organized, efficient, and committed to providing excellent service * Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team * Ability to manage multiple priorities and competing demands in a fast-paced environment * Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and accuracy * Ability to perform occasional heavy lifting as required * Previous customer service experience would be considered an asset * Commitment to maintaining a safe and respectful work environment * Results-oriented with a strong work ethic and a desire to contribute to team success * Ability to build positive relationships and collaborate with others to deliver solutions that meet customer and business needs * Values diverse perspectives and contribute positively toward achieving shared goals Why Work With Us: * Work-Life Balance: Paid sick and vacation time * Financial Perks: Employee bonus program, wellness program, and pension plan * Growth Opportunities: We encourage learning and development * Competitive Pay: $18.25 - $24.91 based on skills and experience * Comprehensive Benefits: Vision, Medical, Dental * Diversity & Inclusion: We embrace diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued and respected!
