We’re growing our brokerage and looking for a strong Service Manager to help lead and support our personal and commercial lines service operations in Kitchener.

Our office continues to expand in commercial insurance, while maintaining a strong foundation in personal lines. We move quickly, work collaboratively and genuinely care about our clients and our team.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day service operations
- Support and mentor service team members
- Assist with workflow management and file handling
- Review renewals and remarketing opportunities
- Ensure documentation and brokerage standards are maintained
- Handle escalated client situations professionally
- Work closely with producers and leadership to improve efficiencies
- Assist with training and onboarding processes
- Maintain strong insurer and underwriting relationships
- Help create a scalable, process-driven service department
Ideal Candidate
- RIBO Licensed minimum 3–5 years
- Strong understanding of personal lines (commercial experience is a major asset)
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude with leadership qualities
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with broker management systems and insurer portals
- Someone who wants long-term growth and leadership opportunities
