We’re growing our brokerage and looking for a strong Service Manager to help lead and support our personal and commercial lines service operations in Kitchener.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day service operations
• Support and mentor service team members
• Assist with workflow management and file handling
• Review renewals and remarketing opportunities
• Ensure documentation and brokerage standards are maintained
• Handle escalated client situations professionally
• Work closely with producers and leadership to improve efficiencies
• Assist with training and onboarding processes
• Maintain strong insurer and underwriting relationships
• Help create a scalable, process-driven service department

Ideal Candidate

• RIBO Licensed minimum 3–5 years
• Strong understanding of personal lines (commercial experience is a major asset)
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude with leadership qualities
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience with broker management systems and insurer portals
• Someone who wants long-term growth and leadership opportunities
