About the role

Job Description What is the opportunity? We're seeking a Regional Office Coordinator to support the Greater Toronto Regional Office and Regional Communications and Marketing teams. You'll manage day-to-day operations, handle administrative tasks, and support key initiatives—enabling senior leaders to focus on strategic priorities. The role splits across three areas: ~50% Regional Operating Officer and office administration; ~25% marketing support (events, ticketing, reporting); and ~25% communications administration. You'll drive operational excellence, ensure brand consistency, and deliver exceptional client and community experiences. What will you do? Manage office administration, budgets, invoice processing, and expense reports Support the Regional Operating Officer's calendar, meeting preparation, and client inquiries Coordinate office operations, facilities, and RBC Blueprint/Employee Resource Group initiatives Maintain internal communications platforms, distribution lists, and event calendar bookings Host and coordinate Webex events and A/V production with RBC Studio Execute community events, sponsorships, and manage ticket allocations Analyze communications and marketing data; consolidate dashboards and post-event reporting Support content development and storytelling opportunities across platforms What do you need to succeed? Must have: Strong organizational and communication skills with experience managing multiple digital platforms Experience in event planning, marketing, communications, or administrative support Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Webex, content management systems, and email distribution platforms (Poppulo) Resourcefulness and the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Creative skills in content development, graphic design, and presentation design (Canva, Adobe) Attention to detail and commitment to brand compliance Experience with survey development and data consolidation tools What’s in it for you?
