Hi , Role : Executive Assistant Location : Mississauga, ON Mandatory : Executive assistant skills High level of professionalism and significant level of confidentiality total experience 5+ years Proficiency in Office tools – Excel, Word and PPT Ability to manage multiple tasks and keep track of schedules and timelines Budgeting and expense management Managing calendars Coordinating travel plans and ticketing Communication skills – good written and spoken communication to engage senior executives as well as junior staff and BEF with as much ease Capable of handling sensitive information Coordinate initiatives by engaging multiple stakeholders and track progress Adaptable to manage changing priorities and flexible to manage deadlines. Positive mindset and easy to work with Detail oriented
