Who we need Reporting to the Associate Director, Enrolment Management, we are hiring an Enrolment Services Coordinator for an 18-month maternity leave contract. As our new Enrolment Services Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the admissions process for Toronto Film School, while also providing support to Yorkville University and the broader Enrolment Services team. You will manage applications from initial review through to enrollment, ensuring every student record is accurate, complete, and progresses efficiently through the admissions process. This is an existing hybrid role requiring three days per week onsite. During your first two months, you will work from our Vaughan campus before transitioning to our downtown Toronto campus at 120 Bloor Street East.

Build expertise in post-secondary enrolment. You will develop a deep understanding of admissions operations, working across domestic and international applications, student information systems, regulatory requirements, and cross-functional processes. Partnering with Admissions, Student Finance, the Registrar's Office, Student Services, and Academic teams, you will gain broad exposure to how successful enrollment operations come together. As you learn the role, you will be supported by colleagues who share knowledge, work together to solve challenges, and understand that every detail contributes to a seamless experience for students. As our new Enrolment Services Coordinator, you will: Guide applicants through the admissions process. You will review domestic and international applications, assess supporting documentation, determine whether admission requirements have been met, and prepare offers of admission. You will manage student files from application through to registration readiness, ensuring each applicant receives timely updates and a positive enrolment experience. Maintain accurate student records. You will update applicant information across our CRM, Student Information System (SIS), and internal platforms, ensuring every record is complete, accurate, and compliant with institutional policies. Your attention to detail will help prevent downstream issues and ensure students can successfully progress through the enrollment process. Collaborate across the student journey. You will work closely with Admissions, Student Finance, the Registrar's Office, Student Services, Program Directors, and Immigration Services to resolve questions, coordinate academic reviews, monitor outstanding requirements, and keep applications moving forward. You will build strong relationships across teams to ensure students receive a seamless experience. Support operational excellence. You will contribute to the success of multiple annual intake cycles by prioritizing competing deadlines, responding to applicant and internal inquiries, supporting admissions events and student orientations, and identifying opportunities to improve processes and the overall enrollment experience. You have: The administrative experience. You have experience supporting complex administrative processes where accuracy, organization, and attention to detail are essential. Whether your background is in admissions, higher education, customer service, student services, financial services, healthcare, or another process-driven environment, you know how to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of quality. The technical aptitude. You are comfortable working with multiple systems simultaneously and can quickly learn new technologies. You have experience maintaining accurate records in databases, CRM platforms, student information systems, or similar applications, and understand the importance of data integrity throughout every stage of a process. You have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including experience with Excel and reports and Adobe forms. The communication skills. You communicate professionally and empathetically with a wide range of people. You can explain processes clearly, respond thoughtfully to questions, and build positive working relationships with applicants and colleagues across multiple departments. The collaborative approach. You enjoy working as part of a team and understand that strong outcomes depend on effective collaboration. Compensation philosophy At Yorkville University and Toronto Film School, we believe compensation should be fair, straightforward, and supportive of your growth. Our salary ranges reflect progression from learning in the role to excelling, with each offer based on skills, experience, and role complexity. This position offers a minimum annual salary of $45,000, a midpoint of $47,500 and a maximum of $50,000. Established hires typically start near the midpoint, while the upper range is reserved for those with deep expertise and sustained contributions. Offers below the midpoint recognize strong potential with room to grow.
