This is a Part-Time position with the possibility of additional days. At this time, the position does requires to work every Tuesday AND Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care
• Manage a very busy front desk with efficiency and grace
• Schedule and coordinate appointments for 10+ practitioners
• Maximize bookings and clinic flow
• Promote retail product sales and client education
• Answer phones, emails, and client inquiries promptly and courteously
• Process payments and ensure accurate billing
• Maintain patient confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly
• Support daily clinic operations, including laundry and instrument reprocessing
• Perform administrative tasks such as filing, managing intake forms, and supporting inventory
• Provide education on services, wellness programs, promotions, and offerings
• Assist in managing the clinic?s online presence and social media accounts
• Monitor and reorder office supplies, inventory, and treatment room stock
• Assist management with daily operational and administrative duties as needed

Requirements

• Experience in a medical office or healthcare setting is essential
• Experience managing business social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook)
• Strong understanding of medical terminology to communicate effectively with patients and staff
• Familiarity with electronic medical record systems, especially Jane
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and team members
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player who?s eager to grow with us
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on business growth
