About the role

What you will do: The Programmatic Coordinator aids in the management of ongoing Programmatic operations on multiple platforms, including location updates and inventory management, and may also provide additional support with screen diagnostics, reporting, deal creation and management, including communication with the Cineplex sales team as well as with external clients and agencies, and related ad campaign support. The function of this role includes audience forecast and operating hour management, network function monitoring, and troubleshooting with production and Digital & Technology Helpdesk. This is a hybrid position (3 days in the office per week). Office location is 1303 Yonge Street, Toronto. #LI-Hybrid Key Responsibilities: Ongoing updates to connected media assets across all programmatic platforms with screen parameters, including audience metrics, restrictions and operating hours, required changes to existing setup, deal & tag management, and insertion of new venues/faces. Creation and coordination of all programmatic campaign inputs for ongoing sales and operations with Production and Sales teams as well as external SSPs/clients/agencies, to ensure adherence to our standards including deal creation, plus communication to related parties of updates and new screens/faces, changes in operating hours, deal settings, creative support, etc. Reporting of overall Performance, PMP, Advertiser/Buyer, Location & Network, as well as screen diagnostics across all platforms. Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Post-Secondary education with a degree or diploma in Digital Media, Marketing, Commerce, Statistics or relevant field 1-2 years of office administrative and data entry experience. 1-2 years in advertising media or agency experience preferred.
