Your contribution!

As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day administrative needs of our project managers and teams. You will help ensure projects run smoothly by supporting project management activities, coordinating events, and managing project documentation, communications, and reporting activities.

Your day-to-day!

  • Support project teams with data entry into INNsite (Salesforce), INNpact (Oracle), and interfaces with procurement and purchase order systems

  • Assist project teams with planning and coordinating community open houses, government relations events, and other regional events

  • Draft and prepare correspondence and project-related documents, including letters, emails, presentations, reports, memos, and other communications

  • Support project teams with filing, sorting, and maintaining electronic and hardcopy project records in accordance with corporate document management standards

  • Coordinate printing, binding, and document packaging, both in-house and through external service providers

  • Coordinate meetings, attend as required, and prepare, distribute, and maintain meeting minutes

  • Support teams with travel arrangements, expense reporting, invoicing, and budget tracking activities

  • Assist with ordering, tracking, and managing promotional items and company swag inventory

  • Provide general administrative support to project teams as needed

  • Provide back-up reception and office administrative support when required

Your skills, our requirements!

  • Diploma or certificate in Office Administration, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of related administrative support experience

  • Experience in a renewable energy, engineering, construction, or consulting environment is considered an asset

  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams

  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and support several stakeholders simultaneously

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to unexpected situations

  • Ability to work on-site in the Vancouver office five days per week

  • The position is based on-site five days per week.

  • This position is a S2 level.

Pay Transparency Statement

Compensation for roles at Innergex varies based on a wide range of factors, including skill set, education, and relevant experience. We are committed to pay equity and take internal equity among current team members into account when determining any final offer.

 To support pay transparency, the hiring range for this position is $24.65-$30.00 per hour, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. Your final base salary, if hired, will be determined by factors such as your skills, education, and experience, along with our commitment to internal equity.

 Please note that it is not typical to hire at the top of the hiring range, as doing so limits opportunities for future salary growth. Innergex also offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package.
