Our client is a well-established manufacturer in the construction Building Materials industry and have a job open for Customer Order To Cash Manager – Order2Cash based out of their manufacturing site in Surrey – Langley - Delta, BC area. This role is responsible for leading the team of customer service reps / order management team for full cycle order management -order entry, providing lead times to customers, working closely with production materials warehousing and logistics to ensure orders are delivered on time. This is 5 days on-site
Responsibilities:
Ensure order information is correctly entered in the ERP; e mails and EDI and ensure all information is up to date for the Master Data, pricing, invoicing , shipping, delivery and similar Keep all customers up to date on order status, and potential issues; resolves issueseffectively and efficiently Coordinates with Production, Warehousing, Transportation, Operations to ensure customer satisfaction Reconciles system discrepancies in ERP to ensure proper order entries, part-shipments, inventory, customer billing; Works with internal logistics teams and freight partners to ensure availability and optimisation of transportation and shipments Coordinates throughout the organization to identify opportunities to improve processes to ensure on- time deliveries and achieve highest customer satisfaction rates
Customer Order To Cash Manager will be the first point of escalation for any customer issues, will build and maintain strong customer relationships. You will ensure all orders are entered and processed and check accuracy on inventory, stock, pricing, invoicing and similar.
Customer Order To Cash Manager will have a minimum of 3-4 years’ experience in Order2cash in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and similar. Strong leadership, people management, proactive approach, attention to detail is a MUST. Excellent communication skills in English, strong skills in MS Excel are a MUST. Degree highly preferred.
