About the role

About ProPOP ProPOP is a sparkling protein water founded by Vancouver based entrepreneurs Amrita Johal and Carly Glotman. We launched in June 2025 with a mission to create a better for you beverage that doesn’t compromise on taste. In just one year, ProPOP has grown to more than 400 retail locations across Canada and continues to expand rapidly. As a small but fast growing startup, we’re looking for someone who is excited to roll up their sleeves, learn the ins and outs of building a consumer brand, and grow alongside us.

The Opportunity We’re looking for a driven, organized, and proactive individual to support the day to day operations and growth of ProPOP. This is a part time, long term opportunity for someone who loves startups, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and wants hands on experience helping build an emerging Canadian beverage brand.

What You’ll Be Doing Administrative support and email management, including outreach to retail partners and vendors Supporting grant applications, including research, paperwork, and submissions Assisting with Accounts Receivable on outstanding amounts, GST and PST filing support and general financial admin (with guidance) Retail outreach and relationship management with stores across Canada & general customer service Checking in with stores on product performance, inventory levels, and opportunities for growth Assisting with sales outreach and follow ups with potential retail partners Supporting marketing initiatives and special projects Helping with content creation and social media initiatives, depending on your interests and skill set Assisting with event planning and execution Attending brand activations, samplings, and events on evenings or weekends as needed (approximately one event every two weeks)

Schedule We’re flexible and looking for approximately 20 hours per week. This could look like: Four days per week at five hours per day Two to three weekdays occasionally in person, primarily remote, depending on schedules Flexible hours that can accommodate marketing, content creation, and event support

Who You Are Highly organized and detail oriented Strong written and verbal communication skills Self starter who can take initiative and work independently Excited by startups and entrepreneurship Creative, positive, and eager to learn Comfortable juggling multiple projects and priorities Access to a vehicle is preferred, as you’ll need room to transport coolers, product, and signage to events. Vancouver based candidates without a vehicle may use rideshare for some events at their own expense Social media and content creation experience is an asset Previous administrative, marketing, or customer service experience is an asset, but not required
