We are looking for a Contracts Advisor to support our Supply Chain organization with a focus on material and service contracts. Responsibilities: Assist in managing contracts and contract preparation using standard document templates Track key contract dates, milestones, deliverables and renewal timelines; issue reminders and follow up as required Assist in and completing sourcing events, including RFI, RFQ and RFP Support setup, enablement and maintenance of system contracts Monitor contract spend and contract expires Maintain contracts within Suncor’s system of record and in accordance with company document retention policies Location and other Key details: This is an office-based role; you will work out of our Calgary head office located in the Suncor Energy Centre (150 – 6th Ave SW) Hours of work are a regular 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday Our business professional roles follow internal compensation guidelines and the pay band will generally be based years of experience and scope of work Think we are a fit?
