Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages Answer electronic enquiries Order office supplies and maintain inventory Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas Administrative and office activities Sort mail according to destination Record and balance daily transactions Book facilities for office personnel Order supplies and maintain inventory Maintain filing system Clerical duties (i.e. faxing, filing, photocopying) Deliver messages, reports, requisitions and specimens between departments
