At National Seating & Mobility (NSM), we help people move forward with greater independence, confidence and comfort. We provide personalized seating, mobility and positioning solutions to clients across Canada—and we are looking for a Client Experience Specialist to be an important part of that journey.

What You’ll Do
Welcome and support clients in person, by phone and by email. Help clients with equipment questions and identify solutions that meet their needs. Coordinate deliveries, appointments, equipment trials, demonstrations and rentals. Build strong relationships with therapists and healthcare professionals. Coordinate repairs and service for wheelchairs, lifts and other mobility equipment. Prepare quotes, work orders, customer orders and related documentation. Maintain accurate client records and information in our systems. Coordinate equipment transfers between branches and track equipment. Manage equipment reservations and rentals with exceptional attention to detail. Process delivery, billing, reservation and service information. Follow up on client requests and ensure timely resolutions. Work closely with the branch team to deliver an exceptional client experience.
What You Bring
Customer service experience, preferably with technical products, equipment or services. Excellent communication, listening and problem-solving skills. Strong organization, attention to detail and time-management skills. Ability to manage multiple calls, client visits and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable learning new technology and computer systems. Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel. A positive, collaborative attitude and a genuine passion for helping people.

We build the right chairs for people with severe physical challenges. Many are children with birth defects, such as Cerebral Palsy, Muscular Dystrophy and Spina Bifida. We also serve teens, adults and seniors challenged with severe trauma, disease and skeletal disorders.
To get it right, we must continually adhere to a spider web of ever-changing state and federal laws, as well as insurance regulations. This requires a dedicated team of master ATPs, expert compliance /funding specialists and a national management team dedicated to what’s best for our clients.
