The Opportunity

We are looking for a Parts Coordinator to join our team in Thamesville. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing parts inventory and supporting the day-to-day operations of the Parts & Service Department. You will:

  • Receive, inspect, and stock incoming parts from internal and external suppliers

  • Maintain accurate inventory and location control through cycle counts and audits

  • Pick, pack, stage, and ship parts orders with a high level of care and accuracy

  • Manage ERP-driven replenishment and communicate stock issues affecting customer orders

  • Support warranty, service, and quality teams with returns and RMA processes

  • Assist with outbound loading, dunnage preparation, and warehouse organization

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment

Our Ideal Candidate

Our ideal candidate takes pride in maintaining accurate inventory and well-organized operations, and understands the importance of structure, consistency, and attention to detail in a warehouse environment. They demonstrate:

  • Experience in a warehouse, parts, or supply chain environment

  • Strong attention to detail in inventory control, labeling, and documentation

  • Experience with cycle counts and inventory audits

  • A high level of accuracy in order picking, packing, and shipment preparation

  • Experience working within an ERP system to manage replenishment, stock levels, and order requirements

  • Strong communication skills across purchasing, sales, service, and shipping teams

  • A commitment to maintaining an organized and safe work environment
