About the role
TireX Auto Motors is hiring a friendly, responsible, and organized Front Desk Receptionist for our automotive repair shop in Brampton. Responsibilities:
Welcome customers and respond to inquiries Answer telephone calls and schedule appointments Prepare estimates, work orders and invoices Maintain customer and vehicle records Process payments and perform general office duties Communicate with customers regarding vehicle repairs Keep the front-desk area organized Requirements: Strong communication and customer-service skills Basic computer and office administration knowledge Fluent English is required; Punjabi or Hindi is an asset Automotive-shop or receptionist experience is preferred Must be dependable, professional and comfortable working in a busy environment Employment type: Full-time Location: TireX Auto Motors 120 Orenda Road, Unit 13 Brampton, Ontario L6W 1W4 To apply, please respond to this Kijiji advertisement with your résumé.
