Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate quotations, pricing, and proposals for the sales team
- Process sales orders and coordinate with the Sales and Accounting teams
- Maintain and update CRM records
- Verify product pricing, costing, and profit margins
- Support inventory pricing, promotions, and special events
- Administer pricing and listings for used machinery
- Provide administrative support to the sales team and dealer network
Qualifications
- 1–2+ years of Sales Administration or Sales Support experience
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Experience with CRM/ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics is an asset)
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently
- Customer-focused with a positive and proactive attitude
