Description of tasks
The AGRHS library is much more than a place for books — it is a vibrant, welcoming hub that supports learning, wellness, creativity, and student success.
We are seeking a dynamic office agent who is passionate about literacy, student engagement, and collaborative learning.This employee works in the school library, in collaboration with the documentation technician.
Main Responsibilities
Compile data, perform simple calculations and prepare reports Fill out forms, cards, records, purchase orders, form letters, notices, or other similar documents and sending them when required. Receiving and forwarding telephone calls; taking and relaying messages and faxes. Provide general information to students and staff members. Greet visitors and direct them as needed Carry out supervision and ensure students are following rules and procedures in the library. Use the photocopying machine and help other users when required. May be required to receive, stamp, sort, and file mail and ensure its distribution Perform any other related tasks as needed.

Desired profile
Schooling
Meet one of the following profiles:
Hold a Diploma of Vocational Studies in an appropriate specialty Hold a Secondary School Diploma or a diploma or attestation of studies recognized as equivalent by the competent authority.
Other Requirements
Fluent in French and English (written and spoken) Have some knowledge of office automation. Discretion Possess good communication skills and have a strong ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
