As an Office Services Clerk your responsibilities will include:

Meeting rooms

Setting and arranging furniture Assist with ordering and monitoring catering (food) requirements Assist with coordinating meeting room bookings using Microsoft Outlook May require coming in early and setup or stay late (flexibility required) Ensure meeting rooms are kept clean and organized throughout the day

Shared Facility areas

Ensure staff lounge, kitchen (dishwashers) and serveries and copy areas are clean and organized throughout the day Stocking and ordering of supplies

Ordering/managing supplies

Assisting with ordering and tracking of access cards Ordering of office and servery supplies Coding of invoices and follow-up of receipt and delivery of product(s)

Other Duties As Assigned

Help manage couriers and mail distribution among floors Provide reception backup Help set up and take down of meeting rooms; furniture and equipment for special functions/socials, as needed Deliver faxes/packages received in the client centre area to internal staff Assisting with the entry, ordering of offsite storage boxes Ad hoc tasks

Exceptional customer service and professional presentation; energetic customer focused individual Superior teamwork skills Demonstrated ability to exercise tact, discretion, confidentiality, and diplomacy Good communication (verbal, written) and interpersonal skills Strong MS Office skillset Able to lift a minimum of 20lbs High degree of attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated ability to manage time and multiple priorities with competing deadlines Minimum 2 years’ experience in providing office services support Demonstrated initiative and proven track record for attendance and reliability

Our salary ranges are reviewed annually, and where you land within the range depends on a mix of factors—your background, your skills, and how your contributions align with internal equity. To help start the conversation, the current salary for this role is $50,000 in Toronto. If the role is available in other locations, the range may differ to reflect local market factors.

This role is required to be onsite, in-office five days each week.
