About the role
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Asset languages: Spanish; Castilian. Tasks: Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc.. Coordinate the flow of information within the team. Open and distribute mail and other materials. Train staff. Train other workers. Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences. Schedule and confirm appointments. Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages. Answer electronic enquiries. Compile data, statistics and other information. Oversee the preparation of reports. Arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations. Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas. Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems. Perform data entry. Provide customer service. Administrative and office activities. Supervise support staff. Perform administrative tasks. Organize conferences and meetings. Compile statistics and reports. Prepare and co-ordinate the production and submission of summary briefs and reports. Prepare agendas and make arrangements for committee, board and other meetings. Organize and maintain procedures for the keeping of records.
