Prime Bliss Institute of Healthcare is a private career college dedicated to preparing compassionate, competent, and industry-ready healthcare professionals through high-quality education and practical training. We are looking for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Campus Administrator (Assistant Manager) to support the daily operations of our Markham campus. Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily campus administrative and operational activities. Support student admissions, enrollment, orientation, and records management. Maintain confidential student records and regulatory documentation. Assist with institutional policies, contracts, and compliance documentation. Coordinate class schedules, examinations, and practicum placements. Communicate with students, instructors, practicum partners, and government agencies. Support marketing initiatives, student recruitment, and community outreach. Assist with PARIS reporting and regulatory compliance. Manage office supplies, equipment, and administrative systems. Provide administrative support to the President and management team. Assist with website updates and online learning platforms. Qualifications College diploma or university degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Education, Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Previous experience in education, administration, or healthcare is considered an asset.
