Role Description The Recruitment Agent is a full-time, on-site role based in Montreal, QC, responsible for identifying, attracting, and supporting participants and staff for clinical research studies. Day-to-day activities include sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and managing the hiring process in collaboration with project teams and hiring managers. The Recruitment Agent supports patient recruitment initiatives by liaising with sites, updating recruitment trackers, and contributing to outreach strategies. Additional responsibilities may include maintaining accurate records in recruitment systems, assisting with onboarding logistics, and collaborating with other departments to align recruitment efforts with study timelines and organizational goals. Qualifications Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal interaction with candidates, sites, and internal teams. Demonstrated Customer Service skills to provide a supportive, responsive experience for applicants, study participants, and partners. Proficiency in Recruiting and Hiring, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and selection processes. Relevant experience in recruitment, clinical research, or healthcare is an asset. Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Comfort working with applicant tracking systems, databases, and common office software tools. Fluency in English; French language skills are highly beneficial for the Montreal, QC environment.
