About the role
We are hiring an Operations Assistant for one of our clients based in Etobicoke and specialized in the environment industry.
Position Responsibilities:
Update scheduling and organize travel arrangements for on-site teams (hotel bookings, flights, car rentals, etc.) Create and update administrative documents Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and client invoicing Assist with payroll, including collecting weekly timesheets and processing expense reports Schedule safety training for employees through the designated platform and maintain records Perform various administrative tasks (scanning and filing documents, answering phone calls) Purchase and manage inventory of marketing materials
Profile: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role Adaptability Binlingual English/French (not mandatory)
