Job Description In collaboration with the Supervisor, Administration – Airline Operations, the person supports the team by combining administrative and operational responsibilities. They act as a key point of contact for employees while ensuring proper file management and actively contributing to logistics activities, particularly related to uniforms and supplies. Responsibilities Manage the Airline Operations mailbox and respond to general employee inquiries; Maintain employee records, ensuring documentation is valid, complete, and up to date; Support onboarding and offboarding processes (file creation, updates, and follow-ups); Prepare various administrative documents (letters, confirmations, internal communications); Process purchase requests in SAP and handle invoices as required; Manage uniforms through the online platform (orders, follow-ups, and distribution); Maintain inventory and handle physical tasks such as receiving, organizing, and distributing uniform items and supplies; Collaborate closely with the administrative team and perform any other related tasks.Join the journey! Qualifications Diploma in office administration or a related field (asset); 1 to 2 years of experience in an administrative, logistics, or customer service role; Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively; Attention to detail and strong follow-up skills in file management; Customer service mindset and ability to interact with a large internal client base (600+ employees); Comfortable performing a mix of administrative and physical tasks (inventory handling, item distribution); Excellent proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and demonstrated ease with digital collaboration tools and AI (e.g., Copilot). Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies. Oral and written fluency in French and English * A good knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec. The incumbent will be required to communicate and collaborate frequently in English, both orally and in writing, with colleagues, customers, and other stakeholders in Quebec, the rest of Canada, and internationally.
