We are hiring an Inside Sales Representative in Edmonton to support our sales teams and manage various administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. With a “Can Do” attitude, this position will assist the Account Managers with all aspects of customer requirements to provide the best total solution unique to each customer’s needs.

Duties & Responsibilities

Provide top notch customer service Support Account Managers in meeting customers expectations Prepare and process sales orders and/or quotes received from Account Managers and customers Research, prospect, and identify solutions to customers challenges

Education & Experience

High School Diploma 2-3 years customer service experience Industry related experience, preferred
