Senior Camp Logistics Coordinator #376
About the role
Our client, a company specializing in facility and camp management, is looking for an organized, autonomous individual with excellent prioritization skills to fill a Senior Camp Logistics Coordinator position.
Responsibilities include:
- Plan, coordinate, and participate in the onboarding of workers (room assignments, data entry);
- Manage emergency calls outside regular business hours;
- Coordinate technical maintenance team interventions with internal and external partners;
- Manage automated system alarms and ensure proper follow-up on interventions;
- Participate in emergency response measures and intervene as required;
- Ensure the safety of occupants in collaboration with various stakeholders;
- Perform administrative follow-ups (emails, reports, documentation, filing);
- Manage purchase requests and monitor operational expenses;
- Communicate with suppliers (food services, housekeeping, etc.);
- Assist with contract follow-ups and monthly progress reports;
- Perform any other related duties.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration or a related field (or equivalent experience);
- 6 to 10 years of relevant experience in a similar role;
- Excellent command of French;
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office;
- Strong interpersonal skills and good political awareness;
- Valid driver’s license (Class 5);
- Availability to work on a rotating schedule (14/14).
Salary: Approximately $83,500 per year depending on experience
Schedule: 14 days on / 14 days off – 12 hours per day
Status: Permanent
