JOB DESCRIPTION
Documentation Intern: Receive and check shipment information. Handle bookings and track shipping schedules. Prepare, verify, and issue shipment-related documents. Coordinate with relevant departments to handle shipments and resolve issues. Check costs and maintain shipment records.
Sales Logistics Intern: Identify and develop target customers, including manufacturers and import-export companies, with a focus on transit routes from Laos–China–US/Europe. Advise on logistics solutions and prepare quotations based on the company's key competitive advantages. Manage customer data and care through the CRM system, and coordinate with the Operations team to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
Requirements: Work at office in Da Nang City ( No. 20 Street 2/9, Hai Chau ward, Da Nang City Final-year students about to graduate from a university in Da Nang, majoring in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or International Business. Fluent in English; Chinese is an advantage. Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills Good teamwork skills.
