Tasks
Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met Carry out administrative activities of establishment Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence Perform data entry Train or arrange for training Perform front desk duties Order supplies and maintain inventory Maintain accurate records Label, file and retrieve documents Design and layout pages Perform quality control and proofreading Plan the computerized management of archives and the management of electronic archives Prepare engineering technical reports or other documents
