Inside/Outside Sales Representative (Commission-Based) Location: Oshawa, ON Work Schedule: Hybrid – 4 days per week in-office and 1 day per week remote Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Summer Fridays may have shorter hours depending on workload.)

About Windfields Mechanical Group Inc. Windfields Mechanical Group Inc. is a growing industrial clean air solutions company specializing in vehicle exhaust removal systems, welding fume extraction, industrial ventilation, and custom ductwork solutions. We support industrial, manufacturing, automotive, municipal, and commercial customers across Ontario. We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Inside Sales Representative (Commission-Based) to support our sales, project coordination, and daily office operations.

Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries. Manage emails, correspondence, and customer communications. Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and support sales activities. Prepare and submit quotations, estimates, tenders, and pre-qualification documents. Receive customer purchase orders and coordinate project requirements. Provide purchase orders to vendors and assist with purchasing coordination. Schedule jobs, employees, subcontractors, equipment, and deliveries. Coordinate lift rentals, cranes, and company vehicles required for projects. Support project coordination to ensure schedules, budgets, and details are organized. Communicate project updates and changes with customers, employees, and vendors. Maintain project files, customer records, and CRM database. Update and maintain website content and support social media and email marketing activities. Assist with general office administration, filing, and daily operational tasks. Ensure all customer and vendor communications are properly coordinated with office staff. Learn and support the sales of technical products, including MagneGrip vehicle exhaust removal systems, industrial ductwork, welding fume extraction systems, industrial ventilation solutions, and other clean air engineering products. Occasionally visit customers and job sites as required (travel expenses covered).

Qualifications Strong organization, communication, and multitasking skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Experience in inside sales, administration, project coordination, construction, HVAC, manufacturing, or industrial environments is an asset. Ability to read and understand drawings and blueprints is an asset. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Ability to learn technical products and communicate solutions to customers. Valid driver's licence is preferred.

Compensation & Benefits Estimated annual earning potential: $40,000 – $100,000+ per year, based on performance. Earn 2% to 4% commission on gross profit from successfully closed product and project sales. Uncapped earning potential based on sales results. Vacation pay and statutory holidays provided in accordance with Ontario employment standards. Additional benefits may be introduced as the company continues to grow.

Work Environment Hybrid position with 4 days per week in-office and 1 day remote. Occasional overtime may be required for emergency tasks, tender deadlines, quotes, deliveries, or project requirements.
