Operations & Talent Management Intern Department: Operations Location: Remote + Event-Based Opportunities Reports To: Operations Supervisor / Director
Position Summary MM Experiences is seeking an Operations & Talent Management Intern to support the day-to-day administrative and talent operations functions of a growing entertainment and experiential events company.
This role provides students with hands-on experience in business operations, talent coordination, project management, casting administration, and organizational systems. The successful candidate will work closely with leadership and performers to support internal operations while helping ensure a seamless experience for talent and clients.
This internship is ideal for students interested in Business Administration, Operations Management, Human Resources, Event Management, Communications, or related fields.

Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Operations Assist with daily administrative functions and departmental operations Organize and maintain company databases, digital files, and internal systems Support internal and external communications Track assigned projects, deadlines, and operational tasks Participate in team meetings and operational planning sessions Assist with documentation, reporting, and workflow management Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency Support special projects and additional administrative duties as assigned Talent Operations & Coordination Maintain and update talent profiles, records, and databases Assist with casting postings and talent communications Support onboarding documentation and talent onboarding workflows Track bookings, attendance, performer check-ins, and scheduling information Coordinate talent logistics with internal departments Assist with costume tracking and event preparation processes Support performer communications before and after events Ensure talent information remains accurate and up-to-date across company systems Qualifications Required Currently enrolled in a college, university, co-op, internship, or placement program, or seeking practical industry experience Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and collaboratively Professional and reliable work ethic Preferred Interest in operations, business administration, event management, human resources, or talent management Experience with project management or organizational tools such as Notion, Zoho, or similar platforms Interest in entertainment, live events, or experiential marketing Previous administrative, customer service, or coordination experience is considered an asset
