Purchasing Position

Commercial Lighting Products Ltd. is Canada's largest independent Lighting Wholesale Distributor, specializing in energy efficient solutions. We have a customer base of over 25,000 clients who rely on us for one-stop, name brand, efficient lighting solutions. We are seeking a Purchasing Coordinator Professional to join our Delta location. This is a full time Monday to Friday office position. Experience in electrical or lighting industries is an asset. We are looking for someone who is able to deliver under pressure in a demanding, yet rewarding team-focused environment. Strong, driven, positive and upbeat interpersonal skills preferred. Applicable experience (previous purchasing position) a plus.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Purchsing product for one or more branches

• Internal communication

• Collaborating on work scope specifications

• Coordinating supplier lead times

• Contributing to strategic operations

Requirements:

• High school diploma

• Efficient, reliable with attention to detail and a strong work ethic

• Professional and exceptional customer service skills

• Proficient in English, written and oral

• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

• Excellent organizational & interpersonal skills

• Strong computer skills

• Maintains composure under pressure
