Position Type: Part-Time, Temporary (1-Year Maternity Leave Coverage) Schedule: Flexible hours (to be discussed)

Location: 195 Menten Pl Unit 103, Nepean, ON K2H 9C1

Demarco Construction Ltd. is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administration / Document Control Coordinator to provide maternity leave coverage for approximately one year, with the potential for an extension based on business needs.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys administrative work in a fast-paced construction environment and is looking for a flexible part-time position.

Key Responsibilities Prepare and maintain construction contract documentation. Coordinate document control for construction administration paperwork. Prepare, track, and issue change orders and related documentation. Organize, file, and maintain electronic and physical project records. Assist with document distribution to project teams, clients, consultants, and subcontractors. Ensure project documentation is accurate, complete, and properly archived. Support project managers with general administrative tasks. Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of company records. Perform other administrative duties as required.

Qualifications Previous experience in an administrative, document control, or construction administration role is preferred. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently. Experience in the construction industry is considered a strong asset.
