About the role

Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Asset languages: Spanish; Castilian. Tasks: Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc.. Coordinate the activities of the HR department in order to ensure they meet the organization's goals . Direct staff. Establish and implement policies and procedures. Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences. Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages. Answer electronic enquiries. Compile data, statistics and other information. Order office supplies and maintain inventory. Arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations. Conduct research. Provide customer service. Experience: 1 to less than 7 months.
