These claims include personal and commercial property and auto losses received from claims offices across the country.
What to Expect

-
Prepare files for referral to legal partners, including extracting all system information, completing payment summaries, and organizing file materials.
-
Maintain detailed file records by entering pertinent data into appropriate electronic systems and utilizing Excel for quick, accurate reporting.
-
Maintain a large volume of follow-up correspondence in a timely manner, handling inbound inquiries from internal staff and third parties.
-
Assist the broader subrogation unit with essential administrative duties and other tasks as required, while maintaining your workload within established service standards.
-
Review and analyze claims for subrogation potential and assist in determining the ultimate probable outcome of recovery.
-
Identify and pursue potential responsible parties, contacting third parties, third-party insurers, or lawyers to initiate settlement negotiations.
-
Act as an advocate for the team, increasing subrogation awareness and providing support to our claims partners across Canada.
