About the role
RTG is seeking a highly capable, professional, and discreet Director of the CEO’s Office to provide senior-level executive support to the CEO and oversee several core corporate functions. This role requires exceptional organization, judgment, communication, and follow-through. The Director of the CEO’s Office will help ensure that executive priorities, leadership meetings, reporting, communications, legal coordination, real estate matters, accreditation, conference planning, and franchisee selection processes are executed with clarity and discipline.
Role Overview
The Director of the CEO’s Office is responsible for supporting the CEO’s effectiveness while managing important cross-functional responsibilities across RTG. This role provides executive administrative support, prepares materials, manages schedules and meeting flow, tracks decisions and action items, protects confidential information, and ensures timely communication and follow-up. The role also oversees Accreditation and Reporting, Legal, Real Estate, company-wide and partner communications, the annual company-wide conference, and the New Franchisee selection process.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-level executive assistance to the CEO, including calendar management, meeting preparation, correspondence, travel coordination, expense support, and confidential document handling; Coordinate executive meetings, prepare agendas and briefing materials, record decisions, and track follow-up items to completion; Oversee the Accreditation and Reporting department, ensuring reporting cycles, documentation, deadlines, and submissions are managed effectively; Oversee Legal and Real Estate functions, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external advisors to ensure matters are organized, tracked, and escalated appropriately; Lead the planning and execution of the yearly company-wide conference, including timelines, logistics, communications, materials, vendor coordination, and post-event follow-up; Oversee and execute company-wide and partner communications for RTG, ensuring messages are accurate, professional, timely, and aligned with leadership direction; Manage the New Franchisee selection process, including coordination of applications, interviews, documentation, communication, and decision follow-up; Maintain strong systems, confidentiality, and accountability across the CEO’s Office.
Qualifications
A degree from a recognized college or university is preferred. Significant experience providing executive assistance or senior administrative support to a CEO, founder, executive leader, or senior leadership team is required. Experience with project coordination, confidential information, board or leadership materials, legal or contract coordination, reporting processes, event planning, franchise administration, or real estate coordination is an asset. Strong writing, organization, judgment, discretion, communication, calendar management, follow-up, and Microsoft Office skills are essential.
Work Schedule and Location
This is a corporate leadership and executive support role based on the needs of the CEO’s Office. Work may include regular business hours as well as occasional evenings or early mornings to support executive meetings, deadlines, events, travel, partner communication, legal or real estate matters, and the yearly company-wide conference. The role may require in-office presence, remote coordination, travel to campuses, travel planning, and attendance at key company events.
Training and Support
RTG provides onboarding, role-specific training, access to internal systems, and ongoing support from the CEO and senior leadership team. The Director of the CEO’s Office will receive guidance on company priorities, reporting expectations, communication standards, legal and real estate coordination processes, conference requirements, and franchisee selection procedures.
