Drafting precise endorsements, renewals, and new business documents across multiple companies. Utilizing Microsoft Word and Excel for effective document creation and data management. Using TAM and Lineage software to streamline workflow. Maintaining strong organizational and typing skills. Updating client records and databases accurately. Communicating effectively with clients, underwriters, and insurance carriers for seamless policy processing. Creating tailored quotes and proposals based on clients' insurance needs. Collaborating with team members to meet deadlines and improve workflow efficiency. Staying updated on industry trends and regulations. Reviewing policies for accuracy and compliance. Providing prompt and exceptional customer service for client inquiries. Participating in training and professional development. Contributing to process improvements for better efficiency. Ensuring confidentiality and discretion with sensitive client information. Adhering to company policies to maintain professionalism and service excellence.
Qualifications:
Preferably holding a level two license. Must be licensed and ideally initiating CIP’s.
