A place where you can take your career in the direction you want to grow and go Starting Salary: $24.50-$26.50 The Opportunity: Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, the Branch Support will have a broad range of duties including indoor and outdoor tasks and physical and administrative responsibilities. Specific duties include bulk plant and cardlock maintenance, front counter customer interactions, billing and cash handling and customer deliveries. As this position functions in a highly customer focused environment all persons are expected to perform their job duties in a professional manner and adhere to our company values. Responsibilities: Daily, weekly and monthly inspections and maintenance of cardlock, bulk plants and facility; Delivery of bulk and packaged lubricants to customers; Front counter and in-person coverage including billing, cash handling and other administrative tasks; Process retail and lubricant sales, helping customers purchase and load parts and products as required; Inventory counts and maintenance, ordering based on established min/maxes; Customer data entry and follow-ups Updates all process documentation records to ensure consistency Reconcile accounts and investigate payment or inventory variances as requested Other duties as assigned Requirements: Valid class 5 drivers license with clean abstract. Air brakes an asset but will train Ability to lift up to 50lbs repeatedly Exceptional customer service Strong attention to detail and organization skills Ability to work with others or alone Knowledge of fuel or lubricant products would be an asset Forklift training would be an asset Must be able to pass pre-employment testing Attention to detail is an asset Humble.
