About the role

Responsibilities:

-       Respond accurately and efficiently to parts requests from customers and technicians;

-       Provide high-quality advisory services to properly identify needs and recommend appropriate parts;

-       Prepare quotations and invoices while ensuring thorough follow-ups with clients and suppliers;

-       Maintain proactive communication to ensure customer satisfaction and meet deadlines;

-       Place parts orders with suppliers based on operational needs;

-       Receive, verify, and organize merchandise efficiently to support effective warehouse management;

-       Maintain accurate inventory control by verifying stock levels;

-       Make necessary adjustments to ensure inventory remains reliable and up to date;

-       Use internal systems and software to track parts, orders, and transactions;

-       Perform any other related duties.

Requirements:

-       Relevant experience in parts management, inventory, or counter service;

-       Knowledge of the mechanical, industrial, or equipment sector (strong asset);

-       Proficiency with computer tools, particularly inventory management systems or ERP;

-       Strong bilingual skills (French and English), both spoken and written (frequent communication with the U.S. head office, approximately 60% of the time);

-       Excellent customer service and communication skills;

-       Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously;

-       Attention to detail and accuracy in order tracking, inventory management, and billing.

Salary: Between $22 and $30 per hour
Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Friday
Status: Permanent
