Position Available Role Title: Junior Sales Analyst Location: Sudbury Schedule: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, evenings and weekends as needed Duties & Responsibilities Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients to generate leads and set appointments. Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports, tracking team performance, leads, and opportunities. Assist sales representatives with data entry, proposal preparation, and follow-up communication. Maintain CRM and sales tracking systems with up-to-date customer and prospect information. Identify opportunities to grow revenue within the existing client base through data mining, proactive outreach, upselling, and cross-selling services. Support general administrative duties such as managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and filing documentation. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth order processing and client satisfaction. Respond to customer inquiries and route them to the appropriate sales representative as needed. Contribute to continuous process improvements in sales administration practices. Other administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications and Skills Requirements Previous experience in a sales support, administrative, or customer service role. Strong verbal and written communication skills, including a confident phone manner. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experience with CRM systems. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. High attention to detail and organizational skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and a team player. Experience making cold calls or working in a lead generation capacity. Must be willing and able to travel as necessary within Ontario. Valid Driver’s licence and clean driver’s abstract Be bondable
Compensation and Benefits Base Salary: $55,000 to $65,000 annually Benefits: Health Spending Account (HSA), Paid Vacation Time off, Statutory and Personal Days
